Supply Chain Coordinator.

Role: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: 8AM - 4:40PM

Pay: £28,500 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a great company in Hemel Hempstead.

Supply Chain Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock safety checks
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders for multiple product categories, including manual input and system-based ordering
• Set up and update new parts in the system
• Maintain accurate demand forecasts
• Coordinate supplier confirmations, deliveries, and manage order commitments
• Perform Spares & Run Rates analysis
• Coordinate import management
•  Monitor and improve forecast accuracy 
•  Maintain supplier portal orders 
• Provide cycle count support and lead stock audits in collaboration with warehouse teams and depot visits
• Participate in auto-replenish meetings 
• Act as a point of contact for internal team leaders, customer inbox management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operational flow and reporting

Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role undertaking the duties listed above
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Detail orientated with with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused with a high level of accountability

Benefits of a Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Monday–Friday
• On-site for 4 weeks then from week 5 will be a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
