Location: Dunstable 

Pay: £35K–£40K OTE + Uncapped Commission

Are you a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and growing client accounts?

Extra staff is an award-winning recruitment agency specialising in Driving & Industrial staffing, with 50+ locations across the UK. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Dunstable Branch.

The Role

• Develop new and existing B2B client relationships.
• Generate new business through calls, networking and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities and win, grow and retain accounts.
• Meet with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
• Build long-term commercial partnerships.
• Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission.

About You

• Confident, outgoing and commercially driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, ambitious and target focused.
• Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, business development or account management is advantageous.
