Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

Pay: £14.00 increasing to £15.00 after 12 weeks

Extrastaff have an exciting opportunity for a Chemical Mix Plant Operator to join an ever-growing business in Corby. This is a 12-week temp to perm role.  Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

As a Chemical Mix Plant Operator, you will play a pivotal role in the production of chemical liquids by operating and maintaining mixing equipment. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our chemical manufacturing processes.

Chemical Mix Plant Operator Duties:

• Operate and control mixing equipment to blend chemical liquids according to specified formulations and production requirements
• Monitor and adjust machinery settings to ensure accurate proportions and consistent product quality
• Safely load raw materials into mixers, adhering to established procedures
• Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines
• Adjust the mixing process as necessary to maintain product specifications
• Maintain accurate production records
