Location: Northampton, Brackmills, NN4

Hours: 06:00-14:00

Shift patterns: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)

Pay:  £12.98 per hour

Team Leader - Picking & Packing duties and requirements:

• Picking and packing items.
• Using leadership skills while remaining hands-on in the operation.
• High attention to detail.
• Moving and sorting parcels.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Using a handheld scanner.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Picking and packing experience.
• Computer skills & Basic excel knowledge.
