Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00

Pay: £13.00

Extrastaff are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative working for a small family run business in Corby to join their agricultural parts distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing agricultural machinery parts and equipment for dispatch to customers and dealers. The role requires attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety within the warehouse.

Warehouse Operative Duties:

• Pick agricultural parts and components according to customer orders and picking lists
• Prepare and label shipments for dispatch using warehouse systems and courier documentation
• Accurately pack items for safe transportation and delivery
• Conduct stock checks and support inventory control activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to supervisors
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
