Class 2 Removals Driver
Location: Crawley
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, Monday to FridaySaturday shifts available where required
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour + £35 night out allowance (where applicable)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dependable Class 2 Removals Driver to join a well-established and expanding removals company based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, working within a close-knit team, and experiencing a different working environment each day.
As part of a professional 2–3 person crew, you will be responsible for carrying out both residential and commercial removals while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Main Duties of a Class 2 HGV Driver:
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in line with transport regulations
- Pack and protect household and commercial items carefully
- Load and unload furniture, equipment, and other goods
- Complete removals across various locations on a daily basis
- Work efficiently as part of a 2–3 person removals team
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times
Requirements of the Class 2 Driver:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous removals or multi-drop driving experience is advantageous
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Reliable, positive, and able to work well within a team
