Role: CNC Turner

Location: Ruislip

Hours: 6AM - 2:20PM

Pay: £16ph

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CNC Turner to join a great company in Ruislip

CNC Turner Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC turning machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks
• Knowledge of CNC controls/programmes advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CNC Turner Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes)
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Produce precision components within required tolerances
• Monitor machine performance and make tooling adjustments where necessary
• Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
• Ensure finished products meet company quality standards
• Identify and report machine faults or maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
