Role: Counterbalance FLT Operative
Location: East Midlands Gateway, Castle Donington, DE74
Hours: Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
Pay: Standard - £13.33 per hour, Overtime - £20.00 p/h
We are looking for Counterbalance FLT Operatives for immediate start in East Midlands Gateway near Castle Donington, Derbyshire.
MUST HAVE VALID COUNTERBALANCE FLT CERTIFICATE
As a Counterbalance FLT Operative you will be responsible for moving pallets of stock safely and securely within the warehouse using Counterbalance forklifts to accurately complete orders and when replenishing stock. You will also be off the truck moving products manually.
East Midlands Gateway has excellent transport links as well as great parking facilities for your vehicle.

Duties of a Counterbalance FLT Operative:
- Moving products to and from high bay racking
- Accurate checking in/out of customers products
- Picking required pallets of stock
- Scanning of products
- Other related warehouse tasks as requested such as labelling and stock checks
Current certificates/refreshers accepted for this Counterbalance FLT Operative role:
- Counterbalance
Counterbalance FLT operative certificates should be from a recognised training provider (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, TOPS, NPORS) minimum 1 year operational experience.
