Role: Warehouse E- comm Administrator

Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Hours: 6am- 1.30pm, 5 days out of 7

Pay: £13.19 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse E- comm Administrator  to join our longstanding client based in Brackmills, Northampton. For this role job holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service to the Administration Department, and ensure all systems and procedures are carried out in line with company policy as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures. 

Warehouse E- comm Administrator duties:

  • Ensure that all administrative systems and procedures are carried out to the required standard.
  • Data entry and investigation of all Customer Returned Goods
  • Checking and processing of Held Orders
  • IBT stock in and out to stores.
  • Printing, allocating, batching and releasing orders for picking
  • To ensure that all paperwork is up to date, i.e. Cancelled orders, Delivery Notes, Customer orders, etc.
  • Action Customer service queries, investigate and advise Customer Services of action required.
  • To book in direct deliveries on Back Office.
  • Investigating and processing refunds and remedials.
  • Record and file all relevant documentation.
  • Support with other E-Commerce tasks as & when required, such as Inventory checking.

Requirements/ Expectations of Warehouse E- comm Administrator:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • Well organised with the ability to plan workloads to achieve timed deadlines.
  • Good I.T. Skills inc, Excel,Word, Power point.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Good at adapting to change.
  • Good eye for detail as reports are for the senior team.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
