Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Experienced Picker and Packer to join one of our well-established and longstanding clients based in Crawley, Manor Royal.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly warehouse team, where your contribution will be valued, with the potential to secure a permanent position after just 12 weeks for the right candidate.

Full training will be provided to help you settle into the role, although previous experience in a similar warehouse or picking and packing position is essential.

EXPERIENCED PICKER AND PACKER DUTIES:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
• Checking orders carefully before dispatch.
• Preparing goods for delivery and ensuring they are packaged securely.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.  
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Meeting daily picking and packing targets.  
•  Reporting any damaged, missing or incorrect items.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in a picking and packing or warehouse role is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
