Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join one of our established clients based in Crawley.
This is an office-based role within a friendly, family-run business looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop within the team.
The position is offered on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Sales Support Administrator Duties:
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to coordinate deliveries.
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
- Following up outstanding quotations, orders and delivery queries.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Updating customer information and maintaining records on internal systems.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues across different departments.
- Helping to keep orders progressing smoothly and identifying ways to improve processes.
Requirements for the Sales Support Administrator:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, order processing or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate.
