Location: Enfield 

Pay: £17.99

Hours: Monday to Friday 23:00-07:30

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a transport warehouse team leader for one of our outstanding clients in the Enfield area.

Warehouse Team Leader duties:

• Opening the site and setting up ready for overnight procedures.
• Coordinate moving of vehicles into loading order and to create space to receive internal transfer orders and stock..
• Health and Safety management of stock and procedures.
• Coordinate the loading of  all vehicles in delivery and dispatch order to achieve planned departure times and maintain required vehicle temperatures until dispatch.   
• Coordinate cleaning of all multidrop vans over each week’s working shifts.
• Reporting and coordination of all paperwork and results 
• Daily handovers to other departments.
• Managing a team of up to 5 members of night staff

Essential

• People management.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Organisational skills for both self and others around.
• A valid UK driving license.
• Out of house Counterbalance fork lift (FLT) & powered pallet truck (PPT) licenses.
• IT literate.
• Investigation skills.
• Food manufacturing/warehouse experience, both in refrigerated and outdoor working environments.

Desirable

• H&S Qualifications.
• Food safety & hygiene training.
• Scanning system knowledge/experience.
