Location: Corby NN17

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00 or 18:00 – 06:00

Payrates: Day shift - £13.27 – £13.67 p/h Night shift – 14.27 – 14.67p/h

Extrastaff are delighted to be recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious Counterbalance Drivers to join an ever-growing team at a busy indoor plastic recycling facility. This role involves moving materials efficiently around the plant, supporting the recycling process, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.  You must hold a Counterbalance certificate.

Duties of an Counterbalance Drivers:

• Operate Counterbalance trucks to transport plastic materials and finished products within the facility
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Move waste materials to designated processing areas
• Assist with sorting and handling recyclable plastics when required
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements:

• Must hold a FLT licence/certificate
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
