CLASS 2 HGV DELIVRY DRIVER

Role: Class 2 HGV Delivery Drivers

Location: Crawley

Pay: £17.00 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Start. Minimum: 10 hours plus Overtime

Start: Immediate

Our client is looking for reliable Class 2 HGV Delivery Drivers to join a busy transport operation providing same-day, express and light haulage services across the UK. They are looking for EXPERIENCED CLASS 2 DRIVERS - who they will provide ON THE JOB TRAINING for, so you can get your MOFFETT LICENSE. A GREAT OPPORTUINITY for anyone who wants to gain their license and work at the same time. 

Class 2 HGV Delivery Driver DUTIES:

• Complete scheduled same-day and express deliveries
• Drive a variety of vehicles including 5T, 7.5T and Class 2 HGVs
• Carry out direct point-to-point deliveries and collections
• Safely load, secure and unload freight
• Handle a range of specialist and heavy cargo
• Follow efficient routes and ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers

Class 2 HGV Delivery Drivers REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card - WITH MIN 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Previous multidrop delivery experience is beneficial
• Good knowledge of London and the South East is advantageous
