CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER

Role: CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER 

Location: Crawley

Hours:  Day & Night shifts available. Monday to Friday. Immediate start

Pay: £19.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well-established and respected company based in Crawley.

We are looking for reliable and professional drivers for various job roles including multi-drop delivery and trunking work. Multi-drop routes typically involve 10–12 drops per shift.

This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work, competitive PAYE pay, overtime opportunities and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Class 1 HGV Driver Duties:

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries, typically 10–12 drops per shift

• Complete trunking work safely and efficiently when required

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after each shift

• Load, secure and transport goods safely

• Deliver goods on time and in good condition

• Complete delivery paperwork and use relevant delivery systems

• Follow planned routes and instructions from the transport team

• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers

• Work closely with the transport team to ensure deliveries run smoothly

Class 1 HGV Driver Benefits:

• Valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) HGV licence

• Valid Driver CPC

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous Class 1 HGV driving experience

• Multi-drop delivery experience is advantageous
