Location: Billingshurst

Hours: Various day shifts available

Pay: £13.31 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join one of our longstanding clients in Billingshurst. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy and well established production team, working within a professional manufacturing environment where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are key.

This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.

Production Operative Duties:

• Ensuring production areas are kept safe, clean and maintained to a high standard
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Completing production documentation, sampling and traceability paperwork accurately
• Ensuring products are produced to the required quality, quantity and efficiency standards
• Carrying out product changeovers and cleaning down production lines
• Monitoring and reducing waste, rejects and stock discrepancies
• Reporting any machinery, production or quality issues to management or Engineering
• Ensuring production lines start and finish on time and operate to the required production speed
• Following GMP, SOPs and all relevant health and safety procedures
