HGV Class 2 Driver

Role: HGV Class 2 Driver

Location: Dartford 

Hours: 6am start - 8 to 10 hour shift average 

Pay: £17.00 per hour - overtime paid after 8 hours at £25.50 per hour 

Extrastaff are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to work for our general haulage client based in Dartford. 

Benefits for HGV Class 2 Driver:

• Weekly pay
• Minimum 8 hours pay per shift  
• Use of company temp APP 
• Monday to Friday only - no weekends 
• Overtime paid after 8 hours at £25.50 per hour 

Duties for HGV Class 2 Driver:

• Multi-drop palletised deliveries in Southeast England 
• Completion of paperwork and/or use of scanning device 
• Use of manual or electric pump truck 
• Loading and unloading of vehicle 

Requirements for HGV Class 2 Driver:

• HGV Class 2 licence (C category) - max 6 points on licence 
• Digital Tachograph card
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
