Role: HGV Class 2 Commercial Waste Driver

Location: Corby (NN17)

Pay rates: £16.00 per hour  

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 starts

At Extrastaff Corby, we’re recruiting a HGV Class 2 Commercial Waste Driver for our client based in Corby. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a suitable candidate. You will be completing collections of commercial waste from customers premises around the local area.

HGV Class 2 Commercial Waste Driver Duties:

• Collection of waste from commercial premises in the local area
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
• Following planned routes and collection schedules
• Maintaining excellent communication with transport teams and customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Some experience preferred, although a newly passed driver would be considered
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
