HGV Driver

Role: HGV Driver 

Location: Basildon, SS14

Hours: 06:00 start time

Pay: £17.00+ per hour (depending on licence and experience) 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for HGV Drivers to join a longstanding client of ours in Basildon. 

Benefits as a HGV Driver: 

• Weekly pay
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
• Overtime available, paid at an enhanced rate
• Temp to perm opportunities
• Full time or part time opportunities
• Newly passed drivers accepted 

HGV Driver Duties: 

• Delivery of goods to multiple locations
• Perform manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with all road and safety regulations 

Requirements as a HGV Driver: 

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Valid CPC and Tacho cards
