Role: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Wellingborough (NN8)

Pay rates: £20.07 to £22.88 per hour  

Hours: Flexible to suit your availability

Extrastaff Corby are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to support our busy, well-established client based in Wellingborough. You will be completing multi-drop store deliveries.

Pay Rates

• Standard hours: £20.07 per hour
• Overtime after 48 hours: £22.88 per hour

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

• Completion of caged deliveries
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
• Following planned routes and delivery schedules
• Maintaining excellent communication with transport teams and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
