Customer Service Administrator Duties:
- Good customer service and problem solving skills.
- General administration duties.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Data entry experience.
- Communicating with customers via telephone or email.
- Must be computer literate and a good communicator.
- Must be able to use a mixture of excel and other Microsoft based tools or willing to learn quickly.
