Role: HR Administrator
Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £16.69 p/h
Extrastaff Ltd are recruiting for HR Administrator to join a dynamic, award-winning logistics business, to carry out various HR administrator duties in a busy logistics warehouse environment.
Experience working in HR role in fast paced office environment is essential as well as excellent knowledge of MS Excel and good communication skills (both written and verbal). Role will be offered on the 3 months fixed term contract to suitable candidate, however it can lead to extended period / perm role for the right candidate.

Duties/ Requirements as an HR Administrator:
- Support with monthly agency conversions process, including system and paperwork tasks. Data entry of colleague information including RTW documentation onto company system (Workday), manage absences & colleague holidays.
- Tracking new hires and making sure all documentation is up to date. Update all trackers and ensure they are checked daily. Process cycle to work schemes, the buying & selling of holidays and colleague questionnaires.
- Ideally experience in warehousing, however other shop floor settings such as retail is also desirable.
- Good customer service skills and able to work with operational staff
