Location: Corby - NN17

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm moving to 2pm-10pm after 12 weeks

Pay: £14.00 - £16.10

Extrastaff have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operative to join an ever-growing manufacturing company specialising in the production of high-quality sterile wipes for medical, industrial and commercial use.  With a strong focus on hygiene, compliance and efficiency, we are looking for a dedicated Machine Operative to join our production team.

Previous experience is essential which MUST include machine setup and calibration along with maintenance and cleaning of the machines. You will be responsible for running production lines efficiently while ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and quality standards required in a sterile environment.

Duties as a Machine Operative:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery for sterile wipes manufacturing
• Ensure all products meet quality and hygiene standards
• Quality control
• Carry out routine checks, fault finding, and basic machine maintenance
• Complete production documentation accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate production activities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
