HGV Class 1 Driver - £18.37 p/h - £25.56 p/h - Immediate Start - Regular Work - Day Shifts 

Role: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Wellingborough - NN8

Hours: Choose your days and start window (04:00 earliest, 14:00 latest)

Pay for day shifts: £18.37 p/h, Saturday & Sunday - £20.29 p/h, Overtime - £25.56 p/h.

Extrastaff Corby are currently looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Wellingborough. With an ever-increasing workload, we have assessments available every week. Induction is a full day and is paid.

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

• Safe transportation of caged goods (ambient, chill and frozen)
• Excellent communication skills
• Daily vehicle checks
• Following routes and adherence to timing/delivery schedules
• Knowledge of UK road networks
• Complete double runs
• Deal with temperature-controlled trailers
• Handball cages using a tail lift
