Role: Warehouse Problem Solver

Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FT

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating each week

Pay: £14.31 per hour depending on experience, up to £17.17 per hour

Extrastaff Ltd are recruiting for Warehouse Problem Solvers to join a dynamic, award-winning logistics business, to carry problem solving on inbound and outbound stock and dispatching goods as well as driving MHE trucks and HLOPs (subject to license). Previous problem-solving experience essential.

The role could potentially go permanent for the suitable candidates after 12 weeks.

Duties of a Problem Solver:

• Identifying and resolving operational issues in warehouses and delivery stations
• Investigating discrepancies, performing cycle counts, and managing stock replenishment.
• Using scanners to identify, sort, and fix problematic items, like damaged goods or those with incorrect labels.
• Ensuring smooth operation of various processes by assisting other associates and problem-solving on the fly
• Ensuring workstation and warehouse is tidy and kept safe from hazards
• Other warehouse duties when requested
• Driving HLOPs and other MHE
