Hours: Monday-Friday 21:00-06:00

Pay: £15.86 p/h - £16.82 p/h

Are you an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast paced warehouse environment? We’re recruiting a full time, permanent Team Managers, working Mon – Friday 21:00-06:00. If you enjoy motivating team, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

We’re looking for hands on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service.

You’ll receive a competitive salary between £33,000–£35,000 per annum, 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Duties of a Warehouse Manager

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
• Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
• Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
• Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels

What you need to succeed -

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a warehouse environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
