Role: Drivers Mate

Location: Dartford

Operating Monday to Sunday

Hours: Various start times to suit operational needs (early mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends)

Pay; £12.71 per hour

Extrastaff are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Drivers Mates to join our client based in the Dartford area. This role is part of a seven-day operation, with a working pattern of 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.

Duties for Drivers Mate:

• Assisting the driver with deliveries and collections
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Supporting the driver with route navigation when required

Requirements for Drivers Mates:

• A positive and flexible attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
