HGV Class 2 Shredder Driver / Waste Collections

HGV Confidential Waste Collections / Mobile Shredder Driver Location: East London / Essex Pay: £18.50 per hour Hours: 40–45 hours per week Start Time: 05:00am (or earlier) Breaks: 1 hour unpaid

Extrastaff are currently recruiting for an experienced Confidential Waste Collections / Mobile Shredder Driver to join a busy operation.

The Role:

• Driving an 18T mobile shredder to customer sites
• Carrying out on-site shredding of confidential waste
• Driving a 12T box lorry for off-site collections
• Collecting confidential waste from offices and transporting for secure disposal
• Walking through office buildings, emptying confidential waste bins into larger containers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in confidential waste collections or mobile shredding preferred
• Valid UK driving licence (relevant category for 12T/18T vehicles)
• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
• Professional and reliable, with the ability to handle sensitive materials
