Role: Transport and Warehouse Administrator

Location: West London

Hours: Tues - Fri 10am till 6pm & Sat 7am till 3pm

Pay: £14.00

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Transport and Warehouse Administrator to join a well established logistics company on a temp to perm basis. This is an immediate start role within a fast paced environment, previous logistics and administration experience required.

This role is temp to perm after 12 weeks for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of a Transport and Warehouse Administrator:

• Vehicle and Driver Compliance
• Route Planning and Processing driver timesheets
• Completing daily driver check in/check out 
• Data input and completing documentation accurately to company standards
• Facilities Management 
• Penalty Charge Processing
• Distributing Driver uniform
• Working flexibly across the London sites to support operational shift requirements

Previous experience in logistics & administration is required, full training will be provided on company systems.
