Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm (after 3 months moving to 2pm-10pm)

Pay: £14.00 moving to £16.10 once on the 2pm-10pm shift

Extrastaff have an exciting opportunity for a Line Supervisor to join an ever-growing business in Corby.  This is a 12-week temp to perm role for suitable candidates.  This role oversees the packaging process for products.

Previous experience is essential which MUST include machine setup and calibration along with maintenance and cleaning of the machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining flexible flow packaging equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate packaging of goods. You will also need a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills.

Line Supervisor Duties:

• Machine setup and calibration
• Operational monitoring
• Quality control
• Maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain production records and report and issues to the supervisor
• Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate production activities
• Maintain accurate production records including machine settings, downtime and output
