Pick Or Pack Operatives

Role: Pick or Pack Operatives  

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent

Hours: 08:00-18:00 or 12:00-22:00, 5 days out of 7 (will include weekends, must be flexible with working shifts)

Pay: £12.30 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Pick or Pack Operatives to join one of clients at their site in Paddock Wood. This role could go permanent after a successful 12-week period. Candidates will be required to pass a basic level of on site screening prior to being passed through for further training. We are looking for candidates specifically with Pick or Pack experience. 

Candidates will need to be within commutable distance from the job location and available for Full Time hours.

Pick or Pack Operatives Duties and Requirements: 

• Pick and pack orders in a timely manner – there will be KPI targets
• Great communication skills
• A good understanding of basic computer software's
• Safe manual handling of goods 
• Have a proactive attitude to work
• High attention to detail
• General upkeep of the warehouse 
• Following health and safety on site 
• Quality control of goods prior to dispatch
