Role: HR Co-ordinator
Location: Desborough – NN14
Hours: Monday-Friday 0800-1630
Pay: £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
Extrastaff have an exciting opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join an ever-growing family-run polythene manufacturing business in Desborough. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR /co-ordinator to support their production and operational teams in all aspects of personnel administration, recruitment, training and compliance. Working closely with Production Managers, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day HR.
Requirements as a HR Co-ordinator:
- operations, support recruitment efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels, and
- maintain accurate personnel records. Your role extends beyond administration to
- actively driving attendance improvement initiatives and assisting in enforcing
- company policies and standards across the factory floor.
- As the primary conduit between frontline staff and leadership, your contribution will
- directly support workforce efficiency, employee engagement, and compliance with
- employment and Health & Safety regulations, while ensuring management
- maintains clear visibility of operational staffing challenges and successes.
