 Average 10.5 Hours per Day

Pay: £12.70 per hour

Location: Harlow

 We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Van Drivers to join a growing team.  This role involves multi-drop. This is a customer-focused role where conduct, etiquette, and attention to detail are essential.

Van Driver Role:

• Average 300 miles per day
• 15–30 drops per day
• Deliveries across Kent, the South Coast, and London (London knowledge is important)
• Time slot deliveries
• All deliveries must be signed for by an authorised signatory
• Checking all deliveries and returns thoroughly
• Regularly monitoring and recording van temperature

• Professional and courteous manner
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Good time management and reliability
• Ability to follow procedures and process accurately
• Commitment and punctuality are essential

Training:

• 2–3 weeks structured training
• Buddying up and shadowing experienced drivers
• Full processes and procedures explained during training

What We Offer:

• £12.70 per hour
• Monday to Friday work (no weekends)
• Possible Temp-to-Perm (TTP) opportunities
