Location: Whetstone

Hours: Full Time (Temp to Perm possibility) Monday to Friday

Work Time: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30 AND Friday 07:30–13:30

Pay: £14.00 per hour (starting rate, review after 3 months)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bench Hand Joiner to join one of our brilliant clients in Whetstone. This is a great place to work with a skilled and supportive team. You must have proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner and be confident using hand tools. Experience with glazing is an advantage.

This role offers an ASAP start following a successful interview. The position will be through the agency for a 3-month period, with the opportunity to move to full-time employment thereafter for suitable candidates.

Bench Hand Joiner Duties:

• Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery items.
• Working from technical drawings and specifications.
• Using hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting timber components.
• Sanding, finishing, and preparing products to a high standard.
• Assisting with glazing tasks where required.
• General workshop duties as needed.

To be suitable for the Bench Hand Joiner position you will need to have relevant experience, be confident working independently, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Own transport is preferred due to location.
