Role: Warehouse/Logistics Manager

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Pay: £45,000.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse/Logistics Manager to join a great company in Hemel Hempstead.

Warehouse/Logistics Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & shift Management
• Picking & Order Fulfilment
• Pre-Delivery Inspection
• Health & Safety / Compliance
• Logistics & Inventory Control
• Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse layout, flow and shift efficiency

Warehouse/Logistics Manager Requirements:

• Hands-on experience leading day and night warehouse teams
• A strong track record of driving productivity in fast paced environments
• Ensures all outbound good meet customer and compliance standards
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly identify and resolve operational issues
• Ensures smooth shift handovers
