Role: Weekend Onsite Co-ordinator
Location: Coulsdon, Croydon
Hours: 05:00 - 14:00
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Extrastaff are looking for a weekend Onsite Co-ordinator to work within our clients busy Fulfilment centre in Coulsdon. This is a Part Time weekend position with scope to work extra hours over peak periods.
Weekend Onsite Co-ordinator Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and making phone calls
- Liaising with the Client and building strong working relationships on-site
- Booking workers for planned shifts and checking in early mornings
- Dealing with the current worker pool of van drivers and warehouse workers to ensure they are hitting their daily targets and KPI's
- Keeping our In-house system up to date with worker hours and shifts
- Assisting with the out of hours On call phone coverage
- Admin duties to include Payroll systems, checking compliance, planning of cover for annual leave.
