HGV Class 1 Driver - Days

Role: HGV Class 1 Driver Days

Location: Leicester - Clients in and around Leicester.

Hours: Monday to Friday - day shifts. Opportunity for weekend work only if wanted!!!

Pay: £16.00 p/h- £18.00 p/h (Depending on the client)

Extrastaff have a number of opportunities for HGV Class 1 Drivers Days for ongoing work Monday to Friday or 5 on 2 off, as well as weekend work for clients based in and around Leicester.

Benefits as a HGV Class 1 Driver Days:

• Temp to Perm (IF WANTED).
• Client can offer 5 days a week or ad-hoc weekend only work if wanted. 
• Flexible shift patterns - YOU CHOOSE YOUR DAYS!
• 12+ hours per shift.
• No handballing on HGV Class 1 Drivers Days work (Trunking).

Duties & skills required as a HGV Class 1 Driver Days:

• Collections and deliveries.
• Curtain side.
• Pallet work.
• Must complete a WTD and compliance test prior to starting.
• Must have good communication skills.
• At least 1 year experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver and over 25 due insurance purposes.
• Must have an up to date CPC and Tacho.
