Role: Pick or Pack Operatives  

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent

Hours: 08:00-18:00 or 12:00-22:00, 5 days out of 7 (will include weekends, must be flexible with working shifts)

Pay: £12.30 per hour | £15.38 over time 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Pick or Pack Operatives to join one of clients at their site in Paddock Wood. This role could go permanent after a successful 12-week period. Candidates will be required to pass a basic level of screening prior to being passed through for further training.

Pick or Pack Operatives Duties and Requirements: 

• Pick and pack orders in a timely manner – there will be KPI targets
• Great communication skills
• A good understanding of basic computer software's
• Safe manual handling of goods 
• Have a proactive attitude to work
• High attention to detail
• General upkeep of the warehouse 
• Following health and safety on site 
• Quality control of goods prior to dispatch
