Location: Tottenham

Hours: 6pm till 3am (Twilight shift)

Pay: £17.50 per hour

HGV 2 Shunter Role with Admin and Warehouse Support, TWILIGHT SHIFT FROM 6PM TILL 3AM!!

Extrastaff are currently looking for a reliable and proactive HGV 2 Shunters to join our team. Working for our client in Tottenham, you will primarily be responsible for shunting between yards, supporting the warehouse team, and assisting with administrative duties as required. We need someone who is flexible and happy to get involved with a variety of tasks to help the operation run smoothly.

HGV 2 Shunter Duties:

• Shunt vehicles between yards to ensure smooth operation of transport and warehouse processes
• Support warehouse team with various tasks as needed, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods
• Assist with administrative duties, including documentation and filing
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are in good working condition
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Carry out any other duties as required to support the team and the overall operation

HGV 2 Shunter Driver Licences and Certificates required:

• Valid HGV 2 (Class 2) driving license
• Previous experience in a shunting or driving role preferred, but not essential
• Ability to work night shifts, with a focus on reliability and punctuality
• A flexible, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks
