Pay- £12.21 for day shifts and £13.50 for nights

Full Time –  Possible Temp to Perm

Extrastaff Basildon is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the distribution centre of a well-known UK delivery company. The warehouse operates 7 days a week, offering flexible full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple shifts.

Available Shifts:

• Twilight Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm (up to 7 days per week)

• Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am (up to 7 days per week)

• Morning Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Saturday and Sunday only — ideal for part-time applicants)

As a Warehouse Operative we have fantastic opportunities for the right hardworking, flexible individual to join their busy team. You will have a hands-on role, ensuring that all parcels are unloaded sorted through, and then sent back on their way for next day delivery across the network. 

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include: 

• Unloading trailers and sorting parcels, placing onto belts
• Packing parcels into boxes 
• Making up cardboard boxes
• Sorting and scanning parcels
• Labelling parcels
• Happy working within a fast-paced environment 
• Keeping areas tidy and hazard free
• Ensuring all work completed in time
• Carrying out any other duties required by supervisor
