Role: Branch Operations Manager
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £45-£50K OTE
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Branch Operations Manager to join Extrastaff, an award-winning recruitment agency that specialises in the supply of temporary Driving and Industrial staff. - A competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission with no threshold on gross & net revenue

Branch Operations Manager Duties:
- An aptitude of positivity, personal drive, passion, and a winning mentality
- Exceptionally motivational, enthusiastic, and resilient
- Developed listening skills and an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure, and to focused timelines.
- Good time management and problem-solving skill.
- Commercial awareness
- Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients.
- Service Delivery – Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client’s contractual obligations.
- Financial Performance -Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions
- Development – ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market, and client needs.
