Location: Hatfield  

Hours: 2200-0600 Monday to Friday

Salary : £43,366.08

An excellent role has arisen for a Transport Team Manager to join one of our clients based in Hatfield.

Transport Team Manager Duties:

• Ensuring KPIs are met
• Maximise productivity of yourself and your team
• Monitoring and supporting drivers and clerical team
• Effective communications within the transport department, distribution centre and with customers
• Efficient operation of your day to day shift
• Flexibility of hours and weekend work dependant on operational needs

Experience required:

• Previous transport experience
• Team supervisory and people management
• PC literate in Excel and word
• CPC qualification is preferred but not essential
• A good understanding of multi temperature warehouse/transport procedures
