Job Role: AM Warehouse Operative

Location: Coulsdon, Croydon 

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 

Pay: £12.21 - £13.85 per hour

We are currently recruiting AM Warehouse Operative for a Waitrose Customer Fulfilment centre in Coulsdon. Our client is looking to recruit AM Warehouse operative on a Full-time basis this role will include weekend working. Shifts are run 7 days per week Sunday to Saturday (Must be able to work at weekends). You will be required to work in all warehouse departments including ambient and chilled, and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Please note the role requires manual handling to include lifting heavy items, repetitive bending, carrying, pulling and pushing activities. You will be able to cope with the physical nature of the role.

AM Warehouse Operative Duties: 

• Picking food items using a handheld scanner Pick, store and replenish goods accurately and safely within the set targets.
• Load and unload vehicles to schedule accurately recording /inputting appropriate  details
• Complete all Warehouse and Transport system processes in line with expectations
• Maintain a tidy and clean working environment within the warehouse.
• Complete tasks in other areas / departments within the warehouse as directed by Management
• Adhere to all Legal, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Operational procedures at all times
• Report any injuries, accidents as well as any Health and Safety issues/concerns
• Actively participate in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
