Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Biggleswade (Stratton Business Park)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well-established client in Biggleswade.
This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.

Customer Service Advisor Duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and internal branches
- Processing website and internal branch orders
- Managing online chat and email communications with customers
- Tracking deliveries and liaising with courier networks
- Assisting customers with online ordering and website navigation
- General office and administrative support duties
Skills and Experience Required:
- Computer literate with good attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is essential
- Strong communication skills via telephone and email
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
