Location: Baginton

Hours: 06:00 - 18:00 &18:00 - 06:00

Shift - 4on 4off /  Rotational

Pay:  £36'750 + £3000 Nights Allowance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Team Manager to join one of our longstanding clients in Baginton. This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. Logistics knowledge and Warehouse manager experience required.

Warehouse Team Manager Duties and Requirements:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Knowledgeable and up to date on all Logistic processes.
• Supervise and support warehouse operatives
• Manage rotas, performance reviews, training and development
• A good understanding of reporting and recording performance statistics
• Managing process and conducting any disciplinaries, grievance or absence reviews
