HGV1 Driver

Role: HGV1 Drivers

Location: Dartford & surrounding areas (DA, SE, & BR postcodes) 

Hours: 6am to 9am start, 8 to 10 hour shifts 

Pay: £18.50 per hour. Overtime paid after 8 hours at £27.75 per hour 

Extrastaff are currently recruiting HGV1 Drivers to work for our clients based in Dartford & the surrounding areas.

HGV1 Drivers Duties:

• Long distance & trunking deliveries 
• Daily vehicle check  
• Completion of paperwork and/or use of scanning device 
• Ad hoc work - sickness cover, holiday cover, and busy periods 

Requirements for HGV1 Drivers:

• HGV1 licence (CE category) - max 6 points on licence 
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Good customer service & communication skills
• Reliability
