Location: Northfleet, Gravesend 

Hours: 8am to 4pm,  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Salary: £13.00 ph

Duties for Customer Service Administrator:

• Answering incoming call from clients
• Calling existing clients (No cold calling)
• Managing client order queries
• Taking payments over the phone
• Dealing with driver queries

• Good customer service skills
• Good telephone manner
• Reliability
• Good communication skills
