Hours: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Extrastaff Crawley is recruiting two experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers for a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with a respected client operating across the Midlands, Greater London and Sussex areas. Duties of a Class 2 HGV Driver – Temp to Perm: 

• 4 to 10 drops per day on average, across the central region and into London
• Kerbside deliveries, often requiring handballing and customer interaction
• End-of-day vehicle loading for the next shift (must be completed by 5:15 PM)
• Company phone provided for customer communication and app-based delivery confirmation
• Option to take the keys home to start early and avoid traffic
• Flexible start time based on your route.

Requirements of the Class 2 HGV Driver – Temp to Perm: 

• Valid Class 2 HGV licence ( Clean Licence ) 
• Positive, customer-facing attitude
• Willingness to train in Crane or Moffett vehicle operation
• Punctual, self-motivated, and professional
• The ability to handle heavy lifting.
