Role : Warehouse Shift Supervisor 

Location: Peterborough

Hours: 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

Pay: £17.00 per hour 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Warehouse shift supervisor's to join one of our longstanding clients in Peterborough.

Warehouse Shift Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory/stock levels.
• Manage and lead staff effectively.
• Report any operational inefficiencies/issues to relative managers to ensure the operation runs without delays.
• Monitor staff pick/pack rates using the WMS system to ensure picking and packing activities are accurate (previous experience using Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS is beneficial but not essential).
