Role: Logistics Team Manager

Location: Baginton

Hours: 0600 - 1800 / 1800 - 0600. Shift - 4on 4off / Rotational days & nights or fixed Nights 

Pay: £36,000 - £41,000 depending on experience 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Team Manager to join one of our longstanding clients in Baginton. This role could potentially go permanent after 12 weeks for suitable candidates. HGV knowledge and Logistics managerial experience required.

Logistics Team Manager Duties:

• Proven experience with multi-drop deliveries/ planning
• Knowledgeable and up to date on all Transport processes
• Investigating all vehicle accidents in line with company procedures and policy
• A good understanding on of reporting and recording performance statistics
• Managing process and conducting any disciplinaries, grievance or absence reviews
